- DESCRIPTION: TITLE: LITENING Targeting Pod System (LTPS) FIRST SUBMITTED ON: 8 Jun 09. LAST UPDATED ON: N/A. DESCRIPTION: This is a Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) synopsis. The United States Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, Aeronautical Systems Center, 77th Aeronautical Systems Wing (77 AESW), 647th Aeronautical Systems Squadron Contracting Branch (647 AESS/PK) intends to award a modification to the LTPS Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contract FA8607-04-D-2751 to increase the contract ceiling of $370,000,000.00 to $478,420,263. The ordering period through 31 December 2009 and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This NOCA is not a request for competitive proposals. Contract FA8607-04-D-2751 covers production and delivery of LTPS pods; integration, production,! installation, and test of any future modifications and enhancements to the LTPS; special studies and technology demonstrations; support equipment, spares, and product support. Deliverables under this contract may include, but are not be limited to, field and depot level support, sustaining engineering, software upgrades and support, technical source data, aircrew and maintenance training, spares, provisioning and support equipment, flight test support, Interim Contractor Support (ICS), Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), support of contingency operations, and contractor field team support (CFT) of field service engineers to include emergency fleet repair support. Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) shall be responsible for performance of all contract requirements. The efforts associated with the ceiling increase covered by this NOCA relate to field and depot level support, sustaining engineering, software upgrades, LTPS Pod upgrades, platform integration and maintenance tr! aining, Interim Contractor Support (ICS), Contractor Logistics Support (CLS). There is a 30 day Congressional Notification period required prior to any contract action being executed pursuant to the above mentioned determination.
