- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO Northern Management Services of Sandpoint, Idaho UNDER THE USFWS REGION 1 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinte Quantity (IDIQ) Contract 101815D724. This is not a solicittaion. The USFWS has a requirement to provide Tier 1, 2 & 3 Energy Retrofit work at the Turnbull National Wildlief Refuge in Cheney Washington. Tier work under 1, 2 & 3 will be partially funded to start work and remaning work to be funded and negotiated thereafter. IDIQ contract was previously awarded competitively with the use of best value source selection procedures. The IDIQ Task Order is firm fixed price. The NAICS code is 238990; size standard $13 million. The project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. PROJECT INFORMATION: Tier 1, 2 & 3 Energy Retrofit work principally involves lights, windows, and insulation. Tier 2 & 3 Energy Retrofit work principally involves HVAC and water. Buildings under Tier 1, 2 & 3 include Maintenance Shop, Classroom, Comfort Station, Fire Cache, Bunkhouse and Quarters 50 (residence)
