- Description
- This project consists of providing all mechanical, electrical and plumbing work in the conversion and renovation of an existing warehouse into a barracks facility. The work includes the installation of an HVAC unit, ductwork, electrical wiring, and plumbing, and all necessary appurtenances required to complete the renovation in accordance with the Contract Specifications. This project is located at the Forest Service Corporation Yard (a.k.a. the Old Yard) in Sonora, CA in Tuolumne County. The site is located Forest Road off of State Highway 49 (Stockton St.) between State Highway 108 at 10 So. and downtown Sonora, across from the Fairgrounds. The proposed barracks is located in the northwest corner of the yard. A pre-bid tour is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on June 23, 2009.
