- Patch and Pain Day Care Center located in the Leo O'Brien Federal Bldg per the attached Statement of Work One and only Site Visit will be conducted on June 23, 2009 at 10:00am. If you are interested in attending the site visit you need to call 518-431-0310 in order to have your name placed on the site visit list. All contractors are required to be registered in CCR.gov to meet the FAR requirements. The size of project is between $50,000 - $80,000. Please contact our office to obtain a solicitation package.
