- The work consists of Maintenance Dredging, Manteo (Shallowbag) Bay, Interior Channels, Manteo, North Carolina. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price with a Base Bid plus optional bid items. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Dredged material with disposal to designated islands. The Solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 23 June 2009 with bids due on or about 22 July 2009. Solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. In order to receive notification of any amendments to this solicitation, interested parties must REGISTER AS AN INTERESTED VENDOR on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. If you are registered, the Government is not responsible with providing you or your company with notification of any changes to this solicitation. You shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration in order to be eligible to receive an award from the solicitation. The web site is http://www.ccr.gov.
