- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center intends to solicit, under Full and Open Competition, proposals for the repair and restoration of Wide Aperture Array Outboard Electronics Bottle (WAA OBE) and Large Spherical Array Outboard Electronics Bottle (LSA OBE). A five year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price provisions is anticipated. Award will be based on a Best Value determination and will be awarded by LOT. Evaluation factors are: Technical Capability and Price. Technical Capability sub-factors are Facilities, Repair Tasking Capability and Past Performance. This solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS: 811219. Clearance to the Confidential level is required. The anticipated solicitation release date is 11-14-2008. Offers must be submitted to the Commercial Acquisition Department, Building 11, Simonpietri Drive, Newport, RI 02840 no later than 2:00 pm on the closing date specified in the solicitation.
