The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Region 5, located in Hadley, Massachusetts, is intending to negotiate a contract with Branscome - Eastern Shore, Inc. out of Tasley, Virginia for Waterline Replacement and Utility Construction at the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge, Accomack County, Virginia. This project was previously competed under Solicatation No. 501818R026.
