- Award of a fixed price contract was made to TRI Environmental, Inc for ASTM testing of the Matting. The objective of this test is to measure key geotextile properties of heat resistant matting samples using ASTM Test Methods. The requirement was issued as a sole source to TRI Environmental (Austin, Texas). ASTM laboratory testing was previously procured from TRI Environmental in 2008. To ensure that all data is fully comparable, the same laboratory must be utilized to ensure the integrity and continuity of the data.
