- PR-No.IQC09104009066. NSN 1290-00-930-4260. Compass, Magnetic, Unmounted. A 12-month Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) issued under FAR 13.5 with four 12-month option periods are anticipated. Pricing is sought for the following Quantity Price Break Ranges: 1 each – 50 each, 51 each – 250 each, 251 each – 1,000 each, 1,001 each – 2,000 each, 2,001 each – 3,000 each and 3,000 each and Up. Requested delivery is up to 200 each in 60 days and each additional 500 each every 30 days. F.O.B. Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. All shipping destinations to be CONUS DLA stock locations. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION APPLIES. ITEM IS TO INCLUDE COMPASS & CASE IAW ARMY (19200) DWG. 10547166. See Note # 12. Copies of this solicitation will be available at the office address listed above, or by download from the internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Copies of the solicitation will not be available until 15 days after this notice is published in FedBizOpps. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
