- The work is located at Michael J. Kirwan Dam near Wayland in Portage County, Ohio. The work consists of excavation of existing stone protection and embankment at the Service Bridge abutment, construction of a precast concrete retaining wall, placement of fill, construction of bituminous pavement, and installation of guard rail; excavation of embankment and construction of soil-filled cellular confinement system, and installing a high density polyethylene culvert liner in an existing concrete culvert at the service road.
