Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN SAN BERNARDINO, CA STAR #: 8CA2827 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office and warehouse space. The space offered must consist of approximately of 6,417 enclosed usable square feet with 3,300 usable square feet for wareyard in San Bernardino, CA. The space should yield 9,717 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require ten (10) secure parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Mill Street South: Redlands Blvd East: Alabama Avenue West: Interstate 215 The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, eight (8) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 10th, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
