- Description
- Provide Operation and Mechanical maintenance and Elevator maintenance and Repairs at the Nebraska Avenue Complex (NAC), 3801 Nebraska Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. This procurement is an 8(a) set-aside sealed bid procurement with award being made to the low, responsive, responsible bidder. The procurement will be for an initial period of one year with the Government having the unilateral option to extend the services for four (4) additional periods of twelve (12) months each. This is firm fixed price procurement. Prices for the option periods will be escalated in accordance with the Fair Labor Standard Act. A pre-bid conference will be held on July 7, 2009, at 10:00 am at the General Services Administration (GSA), NCR, Conference Room 2663, 301 7 th Street, SW, Washington, DC. GSA will only be issuing electronic copies of the solicitation; no paper copies will be available. Electronic copies of the solicitation will be issued on or about June 23, 2009. A site visit of the complex will be scheduled at the pre bid conference. The NAIC code for this procurement is 811310. The following information must be provided to Lakisha Smith no later than June 22, 2009. The name, address and phone number of the company's representative who will be attending the pre-bid conference. All representatives attending the pre-bid conference will need to have a valid picture identification to enter the building.
