- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION. NO FURTHER SOLICIATION WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Q21410900A3 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. (iv) This procurement is being issued as Full and Open Solicitation under NAICS code 454319 (v) The contractor shall provide the following item The National Park Service (NPS) requires, on a fixed-price, Eighteen (18) Each, 55 gallon Barrels of filtered AV Gas 100LL AV Gas Filled, Sealed with tamper proof seals and Delivered to Port Heiden Airport, Port Heiden, AK 99549. Between 6 July 2009 and no later than 10 July 2009. The AV Gas fuel will be delivered in new drums to Port Heiden Airport NO EQUIPMENT may be Available to Assist with off loading of Barrels. The drums shall be marked "For National Park Service" also marked with fill date, fuel grade, & supplier identification (name and address). The offeror's quote shall be based on price per Barrel delivered. This requirement is issued as Full and Open Solicitation under NAICS code 454319 The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at, 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Payment by electronic funds transfer apply. Vendor must have registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov prior to an award being made.
