- ISSUE DATE: June 25, 2009. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal required for the removal and replacement of an existing 3,200 CFM kitchen hood exhaust fan and a 2250 CFM make-up air fan including VFD, modifications to 2500 CFM RTU, replacement of supply and exhaust air duct work and related controls with an optional bid item to remove and replace fiberglass insulation on Dual Temperature System cooling/heating system, provide reheat coils in Supply Air duct of 100 CFM basement AHU, control sequence revision to provide de-humidification of basement areas served, and replacement of isolation and shut off at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Shinnecock, Hampton Bays, New York (Suffolk County). The estimated cost range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about June 25, 2009. The tentative date set for bid opening is scheduled for July 28, 2009 at 2:00 pm. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 and the size standard is $14.0 million. Estimated performance time is 120 calendar days after issuance of NTP. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
