- The US Army Joint Munitions and Lethality (JM&L) Life Cycle ManagementCommand (LCMC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Level Of Effort contract modification to W15QKN-09-C-0052 Specialized Compact Automated Mechanical-Clearance Platforms (SCAMP) for demining system featuring improved landmine rollers with reactive ground pressure to Humanistic Robotics, Inc. Bristol, PA 19007 on a sole source basis. The period of performance for this effort is approximately 10 months. The U.S.Army intends to satisfy this requirement for the above through Other Than Full and Open Competition, Soule Source Procedures utilizing the authority cited 10.U.S.C.2304 (c)(1)-Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, as implemented by 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B) substantial duplication of costs and unacceptable delay. The Justification & Approval (J&A) is currently being staffed. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
