- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Anchorage, Alaska The United States Government is seeking expressions of interest from potential sources for office space in Anchorage, Alaska within the following delineated area: North:The Port of Anchorage East: Bragaw Street South: O'Malley Drive West: Minnesota Drive The Government is interested in leasing a minimum of 23,438 usable (26,953 rentable) square feet of office and related space. This space will be used to house a US Government Agency for a term of up to twenty (20) years, ten (10) years firm. A setback of up to 50 feet may be required. Since agency personnel may be in possession of firearms, separate ingress/egress is preferred and may be made a requirement. The Agency requires 18 on-site, reserved, inside parking spaces. Offered space must be capable of accommodating space for Automated Data Processing with an electrical supply estimated to be 600 kVA at 277/480V. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Occupancy is required by August 01, 2010, except if new construction is selected.
