- Description
- The scope of this contract is to provide expert riparian fisheries consultation services to the San Dimas Technology and Development Center. These services will support the development, installation, monitoring and evaluation of a new type of automated fish detection and counting device. The scope of work may also include analyzing related data, developing generalized recommendations and specifications, and preparing and presenting reports. Depending on the successful offeror’s expertise and the availability of related work within the Forest Service, additional tasks that are not currently planned may be assigned. The recommended contract time is 1095 calendar days. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractors Registry BEFORE a proposal is submitted. Proposals will not be considered without a CCR number. Registration can be done online at http://www.ccr.gov. Thej Solicitation issue date: July 1, 2009. The closing date will be confirmed in the Solicitation Package. No formal site visit is scheduled at this time.
