Description
Recovery. This is the second notice and is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to contractors under the Light Vehicles Automotive Program. This delivery order is for the purchase of Energy Efficient Federal Motor Vehicles. In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the Government posts this notice stating the issuance of a delivery order on June 1, 2009, made against an established General Services Administration's, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed Price Contract numbers GS-30F-R0005, GS-30F-R0006 and GS-30F-R0007 in the total amount of $210,953,536.00 to General Motors, Ford Motor Company and Chrysler LLC for the procurement of 14,105 Energy Efficient Federal Motor Vehicles for Federal Agencies using the Recovery Act funds. GSA is a mandatory source for all new non-tactical light vehicles for executive agencies governed by the 42 Federal Property Management Regulation (FPMR) 101-26.501-1.
