Description: The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting offers to procure rental services for jet washer tank; replacement of recycling parts for Model No. F-4000 Jet Washer, Serial No. 16729 and Model No. 250, Recycle Parts Washer; clean machines and replace contaminated solution with new cleaning solution. Chemicals shall be disposed in accordance with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and pursuant to Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 Sections 302, 304, 311, 312, and 313. Chemicals to be disposed include: 330 gallons used oil, oil filters and absorbent container, and MDL 14, brake cleaner located at Bureau of Indian Affairs, Division of Transportation, Force Account Section, Block 6 Shop, in Farmington, NM 87499. Contractor shall provide the Government with manifest for proof of proper disposal and shall be responsible for labeling and handling in accordance with all Federal, State, and local regulations. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. RMN00090095 herein cited is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31. The solicitation is unrestricted and is solicited on an open market basis. Submit your quote as follows: Quote shall include rental services for jet washer tank; replacement of recycling parts for Model No. F-4000 Jet Washer, Serial No. 16729 and Model No. 250, Recycle Parts Washer; clean machines and replace contaminated solution with new cleaning solution.
