- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), specifically the Hines ITC (Information Technology Center), has developed the enclosed solicitation, (RFQ) VA-69D-09-RQ-0395. The purpose of this solicitation is for the contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, "As-Built" drawings, operating and technical and/or maintenance manuals, delivery, travel, expenses and accessories necessary to furnish, install and document the required equipment for the field modification of existing Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Equipment to include: Installing new GE/Zenith ZTE series Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) or equal, GE/Zenith Multilin MX350 Automatic Transfer Control System Controllers or equal and other associated control equipment to replace 5 current ATSs and control equipment. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES under NACIS 811219, size standard $7 million.
