Description
TF33, Fuel Nozzle Assembly 1. Estimated issue date: 23 Jun 09, Estimated closing/response date: 23 Jul 09 2. PR#: FD2030-10-7007 3. This is a spares requirement. 4. AMC- 2C 5. TF33 Fuel Nozzle Assembly 6. NSN: 2915-00-849-7757RV 7. P/N: 663430 8. Description: Material: Steel; Dimensions: 1"L, 1"W, 1LB WT. The function is to spray fuel into the combustion chamber in TF33 engines. 9. Quantity: Anticipated quantity ranges are 429 ea to 1144 ea, 1145ea to 1860 ea, 1861 ea to 2576ea. The best estimated quantity is 1717 ea but the actual quantity will be determined at time of award. 10. Application: TF33/P7A/P100 Engine 11. Destination: Tinker AFB OK 12. Delivery: 120 DARO 13. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. To be eligible for contract award, the offeror must be an approved source IAW FAR 52.209-1, Qualification Requirements. 14. Export Control: Data is export controlled. The solicitation/procurement data list is approved for release only to U.S. DoD contractors who are registered and certified with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). Submission of DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, with your request for the solicitation is required as specified in the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), 22 CFR Sections 121 through 128. The technical data will be posted on the www.fbo.gov website and will not be available until the solicitation is posted. 15. UID: If unit price exceeds $5,000 then UID requirements will apply 16. Additional Information: Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), Justification: Supplies (or services) required are available from one or only a limited number of source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 26. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
