- Description
- The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to remove the existing culvert and the installation of one (1) corrugated pipe and a 12 inch slotted drain. This work involves setting of construction stakes and water quality control; clearing and grubbing which includes cutting and removing the existing tree and asphalt pavement identified in the drawings, removing existing fence, wood piles, and pipe, and relocating utility pole; Installation of fish passage structure which includes excavation, placing bedding aggregate, geotextile, and embankment backfill; Installation of 6-inch corr. pipe under the subgrade; Installation of 12-inch slotted drain; Placement of bituminous concrete pavement along with curbs which includes placing base course aggregate; Installation of wood gates which includes Government-furnished fasteners, hardware and some woods; and Contractor-furnished woods, bedding aggregate, geotextile and concrete foundation as shown on the drawings; Excavating and hauling unclassified material from the mitigation area as shown on the drawings. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 237310. Project site is located in Douglas County, Coos Bay District, Oregon. Estimated start work is May 30, 2010 and performance time is 30 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%.
