- Specifications Location_Map MODIFICATION ONE (01) to Presolicitation Notice AG-82X9-S-09-0158 CHANGES THE PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING DATE TO JUNE 24, 2009 AT 10:30 A.M. AT THE PEACEFUL VALLEY CAMPGROUND. ALL INTERESTED ATTENDEES SHALL RSVP BY CONTACTING KAREN POST AT 303-567-3028. Solicitation AG-82X9-S-09-0158 is for the 2009 Recreation Toilet Construction Project for the Arapaho Roosevelt National Forest and Pawnee National Grasslands. This project includes, but is not limited to: supplying all materials, labor, and incidental items necessary to remove existing toilet facilities; construct stick built SST toilets (1 unit and 2 unit structures); construct associated aggregate and concrete access trails; rehabiliate and seed all disturbed areas; and perform all necessary earthwork and grading necessary to complete the project. The total project shall cosists of the removal of 6 (quantity) toilets, constrction of 5 (quantity) toilets, removal of existing trail, construction of 845 square feet of compacted aggregater trail, and construction of 960 square feet of concrete trail. This project has four location sites, including: Peaceful Valley Campground located 18 miles North of Nederland, Colorado; Willow Creek Day Use Area located 7 miles North of Granby, Colorado; Monarch Lake Day Use Area located 17 miles Northeast of Granby, Colorado; and Arapaho Bay Campground located 6 miles northwest of Granby, Colorado. This project is a Total Set Aside project for Small Businesses. The NAICS code for this project is 236220. The project time for this project is 120 calendar days. The anticipated start of work date for this project is on or around July 15, 2009. The Government estimated range for this project is $100,000 to $250,000. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for this project on or around June 5, 2009. The due date for proposals will be on or around July 5, 2009. This date will be confirmed in the solicitation package. There will be a preproposal meeting for this project on June 18, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. The preproposal meeting will be held at the Peaceful Valley Campground located 18 miles north of Nederland, Colorado. From Boulder, Colorado drive west on Highway 119 to Nederland. Turn north on Highway 72 heading towards Estes Park. Peaceful Valley is located on the left, about 18 miles from Nederland. All attendees must RSVP for this site visit by contacting Jason Ruybal at 970-295-6655. The solicitation will be available for free download at www.fbo.gov. All Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor’s Registry (CCR) in accordance with FAR 52.207-4 to be considered for award. All Offerors must be registered in ORCA in accordance with FAR 52.204-8 to be considered for award. All Offerors must address all Evaluation Criteria in Section M to be considered for award. Offerors who fail any of these requirements will be considered unresponsive and will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of proposals.
