Description
RECOVERY -- This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, has a requirement for construction services necessary for the removal of water, diversion and care of Weber Coulee during construction, earthwork for siphons, earthwork for structures, earthwork for roads, constructing and removing Road U NE detour, constructing monolithic cast-in-place concrete siphons, constructing cast-in-place concrete blowoff structures, furnishing and installing metal fabrications, furnishing and installing steel pipe, and furnishing and installing valves. The project site is located approximately 11 miles east of Moses Lake, Washington, in Grant County. Contractor shall provide all supplies, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary for completion of the subject project. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this project is 237990. The small business size standard applicable to this project is $33.5 million in gross annual receipts averaged over the previous three 1-year accounting periods. The order of magnitude for this project is more than $10,000,000.00. The procurement will be awarded using the negotiated procedures set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15. This procurement is being advertised on an unrestricted basis. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small and large business concerns. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be available APPROXIMATELY June 24, 2009, at www.fedbizopps.gov. Prospective contractors shall be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to the award of any contract; for more information regarding this requirement please visit www.ccr.gov. Please be advised that the Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act, which requires that each contractor report on its Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public.
