- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the Department of Treasury, intends to issue a sole source purchase order utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to the Financial Stability Institute, CH-4002 Basel, Switzerland, for two-year access to FSI Connect, an online information and learning resource for banking supervisors. FSI Connect offers web-based courses on key risk management topics, such as credit, market and operational risk and capital adequacy. Numerous courses are related to the Basel II capital adequacy framework. FSI Connect is designed for supervisors at all levels of experience and expertise and is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within 5 days after the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
