- Attachment 14 -- 16 June 2009 Site Visit Publicity Book Attachment 13 -- 16 June 2009 Site Visit Itinerary Attachment 12 -- Final Solicitation Questions and Answers Amendment 0001 that adds Attachments 12, 13 and 14 Solicitation W91260-09-R-0001, Amendment 0001: Attached are Fort Greely Alaska Base Operations Support solicitation W91260-09-R-0001, amendment 0001 that adds Attachment 12 -- Questions and Answers, Attachment 13 -- 16 June 2009 Site Visit Itinerary, and Attachment 14 -- 16 June 2009 Site Visit Publicity Book. Please also note the following: During the 16 June Site Visit, upon arrival of the visitors into the Entry Control Facility, the Director of Logistics, MDA, will be conducting an Administrative Briefing (Information Only) concerning the access control services as described in the PWS. There is no requirement for a secured briefing or badging by the Security personnel currently assigned to the Entry Control Facility (military or civilian). Visitors will not proceed into any secured areas and will depart immediately upon the conclusion of the overview. During the Site Visit, there will not be a lunch break and the Government will not be providing food or drinks. Hard copies of the itinerary and publicity book will not be provided by the Government on the 16 June Site Visit. As a reminder, attendee names for the Site Visit are due via email by COB 9 June. Please note that the KO must be notified of all attendee names. Only those on the list that the KO provides to the Visitor's Center will be allowed to take the tour.
