- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services, non-personal prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote #F4D0E19110A001 Submit written offers - quote template provided upon request. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.bpn.gov). This procurement is being issued as a 100% Emerging Small Business set-aside(FAR 52.219-19) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26 and DFARS Change Notice 2008513. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 238390 and Size Standard $14M apply to this procurement. The award is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. STATEMENT OF WORK CLIN 0001 Acoustical wall panels, 1" thick for court room- labor and materials to site-fabricate and install from floor to ceiling - room size approx. 20' x 12'. Materials will be as follows: Knoll ‘versatility' W432/5, color: Cappiccino CLIN 0002 Acoustical wall panels, 1" thick for waiting room- labor and materials to site-fabricate and install from floor to ceiling - room size approx. 24' x 10'. Materials will be as follows: Top panel, Maharam; Parallel 901180, color: 001 chalk. Bottom panel, Maharam; Parallel 901180, color: 018 Dune CLIN 0003 Acoustical ceiling tiles, 24"x 24" for jury room - Labor and tools to remove existing ceiling grid and tile - Install new 2'x 2' ceiling system to match ceiling in court room and waiting room- room size approx. 20'X12' CLIN 0004 Insulation, R-30 for between court room and waiting/jury room - Install approx: 30 linear feet( l/f) of R-30 above existing ceilings 4" from both sides of wall The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.204-9: Personal Identity Verification of Contractor Personnel FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items.
