- The purpose of this modification is to clarify the number of military personnel that are affected by this public-private competition. Previously, the Congressional Notification dated 09 December 2008 and the Baseline Cost Report dated 19 March 2009 were based on a workforce of 134 military personnel. However, the number of military personnel that will be evaluated under this public-private competition is 78 military personnel and zero (0) Department of Defense Civilians. The responses due time for the referenced market survey remains unchanged at Thursday, 09 July 2009, 2:00 PM PDT, local time. The projected end date of this public-private competition remains unchanged at 02 September 2009.
