- Past Performance Form Amendment No. 1 - The solicitation is amended to change the following items: -- 1. Under 1.0 Specifications, item (3) change linear density to 10.7lbs per 100ft, +-5 percent. -- 2. Under 1.0 Specifications, item (6), change minimum energy absorption capacity between loads of 200D squared and 30% of minimum tensile strength to 24,610ft.lbs/100ft. -- 3. Under "The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition:...Offerors must include with their quote an originally signed SF-1449, a complete Schedule, and Past Performance Form (See Attachment 1)..."
