- THIS COMBINED SYNOSIS IS MODIFIED TO INCLUDE ALL SMALL BUSINESS. THE CHANGE IS TO PARAGRAPH (V). ALL QUOTES PREVIOUSLY SUBMIT UNDER THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. As a synopsis solicitation proposals are being requested and no separate notice will be issued. (ii) This combined synopsis solicitation number is W912CZ-09-S-0015 (iii) This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18 (July 5, 2007). (iv) The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423910. (v) This synopsis solicitation contains (2) line items. Quotes are being sought from Total Small Business. Shipping must be FOB DESTINATION- FORT RICHARDSON, AK. (vii) Delivery location: Geronimo Gym; Attn: SGT CHRISTOPHER MORSE; BLDG 802 Bay 17; Fort Richardson, Alaska 99505. Acceptance by: Christopher Morse; Fort Richardson, Alaska 99505-0525. (ix), Offers will be evaluated using the best value selection method; the following are the evaluation factors to be used: Product Specifications as listed, Price and Delivery. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
