- The contractor shall provide a comprehensive Operations Management Office Team that collectively has demonstrated Public Safety operations day-to-day and emergency communications preparedness and response experience. This sources sought is restricted to HubZone Business. The government is seeking technically capable sources to provide the services described in the attached Draft Statement of Work. Task Order will have a base year and two option years. Base Year: 30 Sept 09 - 30 June 2010 First Option Year: 1 Jul 2010 - 30 June 2011 Second Option Year: 1 Jul 2011 - 30 June 2012
