- Description
- The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services Office in Portland, Oregon has a requirement for a contractor to provide all Labor, Equipment, and Supplies/Materials necessary to repair flood damage at the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge Complex, 19255 SW Pacific Highway, Sherwood, Oregon. Flood damage repair at Chicken Creek located one mile north of refuge headquarters in Washington County, Oregon. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $1000,000. This will be a "best value" source selection (evaluation) process in accordance with FAR Subpart 15.101. The criteria that must be met shall be stated in the solicitation. Solicitation Number 101819Q594 to include all attachments will be made available by June 18, 2009 (apprxoimate) and will only be available electronically through a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.ngc.gov. The solicitation response date (which has not currently been determined) will be at 3:00 PM (PDT). No further notice will be posted on FedBizOpps. Interested contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration www.ccr.gov (CCR) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) www.bpn.gov. Note: This acquisition is a set aside for small business concerns. In the event of insufficient small business participation, award maybe made to a large business. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237819 and the size standard is $14 million.
