- Brand Name Justification for MSA SCBA equipment Offeror Instructions Bill of Materials This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Subpart 13.5, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 4QAO21095629 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-32. This procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 339113 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. Please review the attached documents for Bill of Materials and Offeror Instructions. Delivery shall be made NLT 06/15/2009. Vendors/Sales agents submitting quotes must be registered in GSA's IT-Solutions Shop (ITSS) [https://web.itss.gsa.gov/] before close of RFQ.
