- Description
- The VA Black Hills health Care System with facilities located in Hot Springs and Fort Meade, SD intends to award a contract for Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) to provide Primary Care Services on an outpatient basis which will be located in Gordon, Nebraska. Contractor shall be responsible for managing the veterans' primary medical care. Referrals for sub-specialty care and hospitalization shall be made to the VA Black Hills Health Care System. Contract will include a base plus four option years. A Pre-Bid conference will be scheduled at a later date with all potential bidders to answer questions and concerns. The solicitation package will be available approximately February 20, 2009. Offers must be received no later than May 20, 2009, 4:30pm local mountain time. Requests for the solicitation package must be in writing and addressed to the attention of the Contracting Officer (Log-Con-HS), 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, SD 57747. Written requests may also be faxed to 605-745-2831 or via e-mail to joann.walker@va.gov. All responsible offerors may submit an offer which will be considered. Award of this solicitation is subject to the availability of funds. Applicable NAICS code is 621498, All Other Outpatient Care Centers. This Presolicition Notice is hereby modified to extend the time for receipt of offers to August 7, 2009. A completely revised solicitation package will be available on or before June 24, 2009
