- This is an announcement directing interested parties to the Department of Interior's Business Opportunities Web Page at http://ideasec.nbc.gov where details of a US Geological Survey Request For Quotation (RFQ) # 09HQQQ0037 may be viewed. Instruction to Bidders and the Statement of Work can be found under the Clauses and Attachments section of the RFQ. This RFQ constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested for consultation and facilitation services for strategic and organizational development..
