Description
LOCATION is CHARLOTTE, NC This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 18th Fires Singles RETREAT 26-28 JUNE 2009 TOTAL QUOTE PRICE: ITEM NOSUPPLIES/SERVICESQUANTITYUNITUNIT PRICEAMOUNT 000176Each$$ Lodging for 26 - 28 June 2009 for two nights Double Occupancy Rooms, onsite parking availability for up to sixty vehicles for weekend. Each room should be clean, well maintained and carpeted for with a minimum two (2) double beds with pull out/cot/couch available for 2 (two) nights on Friday 26 June, 2009, and Saturday, 27 June 2009, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Check-in time is requested at 2:00 PM on Friday 26 June 2009. Check out at 1:00 PM is requested for Sunday 28 June 2008. All service fees shall be included in the price. NET AMT$ ITEM NOSUPPLIES/SERVICESQUANTITYUNITUNIT PRICEAMOUNT 0002150Each$$ Breakfast Buffet Breakfast Buffet shall be served on-site for 75 Adult participants from 7:00 AM 8:00 AM Saturday, 27 June 2009 and Sunday, 28 June, 2009. Suggested Breakfast shall consist of the following: Breakfast pancakes &/or waffles with variety of toppings, variety of breakfast breads and pastries with butter and preserves, fresh bagels and cream cheese, chilled fruit sections, assorted cold cereals, fluffy scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, breakfast potatoes, a variety of chilled fruit juices, coffee, decaffeinated coffee, teas and milk. Variations Authorized but final meal approval is required prior to Award. All service fees shall be included in the price. NET AMT$ ITEM NOSUPPLIES/SERVICESQUANTITYUNITUNIT PRICEAMOUNT 0003150Each$$ Buffet Hot Lunch Buffet Hot Lunch shall be served on-site for 75 Adult participants on Saturday, 27 June 2009, and Sunday, 28 June 2009 from 11:30PM- 1:00PM. Suggested buffet lunch shall consist of the following: Main course choices of Beef, Chicken, Pork and fish, or hot sandwiches, sides of potatoes, rice or other comparable starches, several vegetable choices, choice of fruit, assorted desserts to include cakes, pies and tortes, will include a variety of drinks to include freshly brewed regular & decaffeinated coffee with hot and cold tea, juices and soft drinks. Variations authorized but final meal approval is required prior to Award. All services fees shall be included in the price. Suggested Dinner Buffet shall consist of the following plated or buffet items: Variety of choices of Main courses: Beef, Chicken, Fish, Pork, Pasta, with an assortment of side starches like potatoes, rice, macaroni and cheese, pasta. Several vegetable choices. Desserts should include pastry, pie, cake and ice cream. The meal should include dinner rolls, bread, salads and drinks. The drinks should consist of fresh brewed coffee, tea, hot and cold, soft drinks, milk and juices. Variations authorized but final meal approval is required prior to award.
