- The DoDDS Pacific/DDESS Guam has a requirement for a server solution for 42 DoDDS campuses located in Mainland Japan, Okinawa, and South Korea. The Campus Server Solution is comprised of multiple sub-solutions, each of which is vitally important to the success of the integrated solution as a whole. These sub-solutions are: •Computing Hardware •Virtualization Environment •High Performance Storage •Backup •Uninterrupted Power Source •System Cabinet/Housing This is strictly a pre-solicitation notice to inform industry about an upcoming solicitation. A Request for Proposal will be issued on fbo.gov around 01 July 2009. Please do not submit any questions or proposals at this time.
