- Description
- The work includes the demolition of existing deteriorated concrete on floor and walls of the drydock. New concrete will be installed to replace the deteriorated concrete and shall be anchored to the existing concrete to remain. The work will require dewatering around the entire drydock in order to reduce buoyancy and maintains stability of the structure during execution of the work as well as to control ground water infiltration through the existing concrete. The work will include the removal and replacement/ reinstallation of existing utilities, equipment, structures and appurtenances within the dock as well as incidental civil sitework.
