Description
This solicitation IQC09127009009 will contain one NSN: 6340-00-732-3604, Control Detecting Unit. End Item Application/ Weapon System: UH-1 Helicopter. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a 1-year base and four 1-year option periods. Solicitation will be Unrestricted, Utilizing Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures. Approved source (s) of supply is Kidde Technologies, CAGE 61423, P/N 892121-0350-1. The Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) for the Base and Four Option Years is 20 each. The Maximum Annual Quantity (MAQ) for the Base and Four Option Years is 40 each. The guaranteed minimum is established at 5 each for the Base Year ONLY. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, Delivery Schedule 168 days ARO. Surge coverage is not required for this item/ NSN. This is a Source Controlled Item with offers from only the approved designated source accepted. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is ESTIMATED AT June 15, 2009. Please allow two to three days if the solicitation is not available on that day. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the Offeror’s product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around the issue date cited in this synopsis.
