- The Government intends to issue a 3 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for the following items in support of the M95/M96 Mortar Fire Control System: Mount, Resilient, Gen, NSN: 5340-01-503-2013, P/N 12992845; Mount, Resilient, Gen, NSN: 5340-01-503-1996, P/N 12992841. The guaranteed minimum quantity for P/N 12992845 is 210 each with a maximum contract quantity of 1,000 each. The maximum contract quantity for P/N 12992841 is 500 each with no guaranteed minimum quantity. P/N 12992845 is sourced controlled to Lord Corporation. P/N 12992841 also contains the source controlled P/N 12992845. Therefore, this solicitation will result in a 3 year IDIQ Contract with a qualified distributor (or other customer) of Lord Corporation, the approved source of supply. FOB is Destination. The estimated issue date is 30 June 2009. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
