- Statement Of Work for the Vehicle Rental This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1B3W19131A001 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote for 77 Compact Rental Vehicles. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-30. This acquisition is for full and open competition and is under North American Industry Classification System code 532111. A Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order will be issued in writing. CLIN 0001: 77 Compact Rental Vehicles, Period of rental: Pickup 10 Sep 09, Return 21 Sep 09. Award will be based on price.
