- EDL This is a full and open competition acquisition for Electromagnetic Relays applicable to C-130 aircraft, NSN 5945-01-250-9675LG, PN B-459AA. It is a firm fixed price IDIQ, 4 year requirement. Basic year quantity is 60 - including 2 ea First Articles. The out years have a maximum quantity of 30 ea, and a minimum quantity of 1 ea per year, if the option is exercised. The insurance policy portion of the basic year is 7 ea. No paper copies will be mailed. This acquisition will be processed in accordance with AFMC 5317.7590 (Insurance Policy); portions of the requirement may be restricted for award to a proven source. Numbered Note 22 applies only to the quantity identified as the mission essential quantity in the solicitation.
