- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Air Force (USAF) intends to award a sole source, commercial, firm-fixed price award to LDRA Software Technology for the purchase for LDRA TestBed/Tbrun/Tbsafe software testing suites licenses. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32 Tech Amend effective 14 May 2009, 2005-31, 20 April 2009, DFARS Change Notice 20090115, NAICS Code: 511210, Place of Performance FOB Destination Robins AFB, GA. NOTE 22 Applies. LDRA TestBed/Tbrun/Tbsafe software testing suites is proprietary data only available through the manufacturer, LDRA Software Technology. This purchase is for additional licenses of the LDRA TestBed/Tbrun/Tbsafe software testing suites.
