- Sole Source Justification 366th Contracting Squadron, Mountain Home AFB, Idaho, intends to solicit and award a sole source one time, firm fixed price purchase order to Monaco Enterprises, Inc. for the upgrade to the existing Monaco D-21M Consolidated Dispatch Center on Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is FAR 13.501(a), Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996 (Test Program for Commercial Items). The requirement consists of One Line Item: (0001) 1 Each: Upgrade to the existing Monaco D-21M system and software on MHAFB. The Monaco systems upgrade will allow Fire Protection and Security Forces to have a central dispatch location to provide a clear line of communication during an emergency incident. The applicable NAICS code is 334290 with as size standard of 750 employees. Any interest party, other than Monaco Enterprises Inc., that feels they can satisfy this requirement must identify their interest, experience, and capability to satisfy the requirement no later than 5 days after the posted date of this announcement.
