- RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W911WN-09-D-0008. U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, Pittsburgh District intends to issue a Task Order for Building and Grounds Maintenance Services at their Shenango Lake Project in Hermitage, PA. Some of the services include, but are not limited to, grass mowing, trimming, maintenance of landscaped areas, cleaning of offices and restrooms, and solid waste removal.
