- Description
- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, has issued a modification under existing Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) contract number GS-05P-08-GBC-0005 for Messer Construction Company. The purpose of this modification is to exercise Option 3 - Construction Phase Services for the Fire/Life Safety & HVAC Modernization Project at the Minton Capehart Federal Building in Indianapolis, IN. These services include upgrades to the HVAC system, installation of a fire sprinkler system, replacement of existing fire alarm system and replacement of the existing emergency generator. This modification has been awarded in the amount of $43,110,252.21.
