- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, has issued a modification under existing Architect/Engineer contract number GS-05P-06-GBC-0001 for Teng and Associates. The purpose of this modification is to incorporate study and design services for energy related scope items as well as Construction Administration for the Fire/Life Safety & HVAC Modernization Project at the Minton Capehart Federal Building in Indianapolis, IN. This modification has been awarded in the amount of $3,590,700.
