- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to SAP Government Support and Services for the purchase of Inxight Enterprise Support for SmartDiscovery software. This purchase order is being issued under authority 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price purchase order, conducted through FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. Closing date is June 4, 2009 at 10:00am EST.
