- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91QV109T0071. The Army Contracting Agency, Mission Installation and Contracting Command(MICC) DOC, Fort Belvoir intends to issue a solicitation in approximately one (1) day as a 100% Small Business set aside. The requirement is for a software program for a Mass Notification Module of HC Standard. The software will be installed on a server hosted by the US Army Garrison Walter Reed Dictorate of Informantion Management. The sofware will interact with all computers, listed cell phones, and listed blackberries on the WRAMC network. This Mass Notification System shall be fully compatible with a Critical Asset Visibility Medical Status Tracking System. It is a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with the Central Contractor Registry at website: http://www.ccr.gov. The NAICS code is 511210 with a small business size standard of $25 million.
