- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 53,553 rentable square feet in the Las Vegas, NV. The space should yield 48,568 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require one-hundred-twenty-one (121) Structures parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Bonneville Avenue South: Interstate 515/95 East: Interstate 15 West: Las Vegas Boulevard The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 01, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
